Dick and Mary Sapp didn’t have far to go when they needed installation work done in their boat’s engine compartment. The tenants at Gig Harbor Marina & Boatyard had their Mainship Trawler 400 serviced right at the boatyard and now Cascadia is ready for their cruise to the San Juan Islands.
Chris Hawk, systems installer and mechanic at Gig Harbor Marina & Boatyard did the work on the trawler from start to finish, which earned the boatyard high praise from the Sapps. Hawk installed a regulator and a high output Balmar alternator with bracket, a new Magnum inverter and a 1000 amp battery bank.
“I am so glad we waited for Chris to be available to see to all of the work himself,” said Dick Sapp. “We couldn’t be happier with the thorough job he did.”
