O, Come for Christmas Caroling @ The Club

Community Caroling Event @ The Club
Hey, everyone! If you love to sing Christmas carols, lend your voice and join the holiday fun at The Club @ the Boatyard this Friday, Dec. 15.
Come to downtown Gig Harbor for a community caroling event organized by the group of local ministers and business leaders who brought the nativity scene back to the waterfront. The evening of joyful sounds begins at 5:30 p.m., first with a bit of brushing up on those favorite old Christmas carols, then the main event will get into full swing at 6:30 and will last about an hour, says organizer Gary Wiens.

Wiens is the head of the Christmas Nativity Committee, which is hosting a Reception Center offering a slate of ‘reason for the season’ activities the month of December. Stop by the center at 3155 Harborview Drive and see the beautiful nativity scene out front and come in and enjoy refreshments and Christmas displays by local churches. Also, you can drop off donations of toys and children’s outerwear to make Christmas merry and bright for kids in need in the community.
If You Love to Sing Christmas Carols, You’re Invited!
Gunnar Tesdahl, the worship pastor at Chapel Hill Presbyterian Church, will lead the community caroling event at The Club on Dec. 15, backed up by a band from Chapel Hill and Harbor Covenant Church.
