Gay Peraza, long-time owner of the lovely Queen’s Cabinet boutique here at Gig Harbor Marina & Boatyard, is retiring at the end of the month after nearly a decade of operating her business in the heart of downtown. As a result, this prime 1,908-square-foot retail space at 3155 Harborview Drive will soon be available for lease.
Watch this website for an upcoming story on Peraza and her many years as a merchant along the Gig Harbor waterfront. In the meantime, come by her beautiful store and wish her well as she prepares for retirement.
Retail Space at Marina Becomes Available Next Month
The Queen’s Cabinet occupies an open, attractive retail space with Skansie Brothers Park on one side and Emilie Gallery & Boutique on the other, with the JW food trolley just beyond Emilie’s. Access to the storefront is easy with no steps from the sidewalk on Harborview Drive.
