Gig Harbor Marina & Boatyard, a gold sponsor of this year’s festival, invites you to sip, savor and socialize at our “Seafood Extravaganza” Winemaker’s Dinner at the The Club @ the Boatyard from 6 to 9 p.m. on July 22. We are excited to bring you the best of the Northwest at this “Sip & Savor” Wine & Food Festival event on the Gig Harbor waterfront.

Nothing says “Pacific Northwest” like fresh seafood and nothing says “Wine & Food Festival” like bubbles and caviar. Please join us for this very casual, yet special, dinner beginning at 6 p.m.
Delicious Northwest seafood prepared by Danielle Taylor, hospitality manager at Gig Harbor Marina & Boatyard, will be offered at various stations throughout The Club. Red and white wine selections will be offered by Willamette Valley Vineyards, along with varieties of sparkling “bubbles” for a festive summer touch.

1st Station: “Bubbles” & Caviar
2nd Station: A Classic “Raw Bar” featuring a beautiful array of fresh, local seafood: Minterbrook Oysters on the Half Shell, Jumbo Poached Prawns, Locally Smoked Salmon Pate and Individual Crab Cocktails
3rd Station: Oven Roasted Salmon with a Cranberry Bacon Chutney and Beef Tenderloin Crostinis with Horseradish Cream & Cabernet Soaked Caramelized Onions
4th Station: Finish Where You Started – with more “Bubbles” & Fresh Berries

Guests attending this event must be Club @ the Boatyard members. Tickets are $70 for members ~ price including tax and gratuity. For non-members tickets are $71, which includes tax, gratuity and a 2016 Membership to The Club @ the Boatyard. Be sure to take in all of the events of the 2016 Wine & Food Festival:
- Thursday, July 21: The second annual Summer Sip & Stroll among participating waterfront businesses from 4 to 8 p.m. The Club @ the Boatyard will be one of the stops, featuring wine selections from Willamette Valley Vineyards and delicious bites by JW @ the Boatyard.
- Friday, July 22: The Sip & Savor Winemaker’s Dinners, including the Seafood Extravaganza at The Club @ the Boatyard.
- Saturday, July 23: The Grand Tastings and Cook-off Demonstrations and several Classes and Educational Offerings. Cap off the day with the fabulous Sunset Dinner at The Club @ The Boatyard from 5 to 8 p.m. by Jacques Henry from JDH Events. (Jacques is seen in photo of the seafood dinghy, top.) Enjoy music by “Sounds Like Dolores” and a delicious three-course gourmet menu by Scooter’s Fine Catering. Tickets are $125 per person.
