Sip & Stroll Along the Harbor With Your Valentine

Don’t forget! Gig Harbor’s first Winter Sip & Stroll is set for tomorrow, Feb. 13 from 1-5 p.m. What a perfect Valentine’s weekend activity, so bring your special person down to the waterfront and “Love the Wine You’re With.”

Sip, nibble & mingle throughout the downtown’s 13 Stroll Stops, each offering a different selection of wine, craft beer, spirits or cider ~ and many offering small food bites and Valentine’s sweets. Tickets are $30 online or $35 in person at registration. Each ticket holder will receive a tasting glass, 15 taste tickets and a map marking the sipping spots throughout the downtown waterfront.

Be sure to check in for these goodies on the day of the event. Bring your ticket confirmation to the registration location at 3104 Judson Street, the former Ace Hardware store, next to 7 Seas Brewery. There you will check in and receive your glass, tickets and map. Bottled wine will be available for purchase at our Wine Store at this location until 6 p.m. Additional tickets ($35 day of event) will also be for sale while supplies last.

Heritage Distilling, 7 Seas Brewing, the Harbor General Store, The Weathered Cottage, Sea Hags and Finholm Market are among the 13 Stroll stops. The Downtown Waterfront Alliance will offer ticket holders complimentary shuttle transportation on the Pierce Transit Trolley, so sipping and strolling never got easier.

Early bird-priced tickets to the 6th Annual Wine and Food Festival held in July will also be available for purchase at registration, so be sure to pick yours up. Parking is available here and at the Methodist Church, with complimentary shuttle service on the Gig Harbor Trolley nearby.
