Swap Meet on Deck at Marina

Calling all boaters — which means all collectors of boating stuff. Don’t miss the marine swap meet this Saturday, June 11, at Gig Harbor Marina & Boatyard.

June 11 is National Marina Day and Gig Harbor Marina & Boatyard is observing the day by teaming up with Murphy’s Landing Marina to offer boating bargains in two waterfront locations. The swap meet will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at both marinas.

Gig Harbor Marina & Boatyard Holds Marine Swap Meet

It’s not too late, boaters, to sort through your accumulation of boating treasures and reserve your space near the Travelift bay at Gig Harbor Marina & Boatyard. You probably have plenty of items that are just the thing needed by another boater….for him to keep in his garage. A spare fender here, your uncle’s old anchor there, you know you have them. Gig Harbor Marina & Boatyard recognizes that boating flotsam happens and and we can help you out.

Pull together your spare boating stuff and sell it on Saturday at the boatyard. Or, just come and browse the swap meet and find items that are just the thing you need for your own collection. Gig Harbor Harbor Police will be on site to accept your expired flares and perform free vessel checks.
