Wishing Peace on Earth at a Time of Mourning

Peace on Earth from Gig Harbor Marina & Boatyard. We are keeping the community of San Bernardino in our thoughts and prayers this holiday season.

The flag is flying at half-staff in Skansie Brothers Park next to the marina as a reminder of great sadness during a season that should be full of joy and hope.

Yellow roses, angel wings and California’s state flag were left as a memorial in the rain-soaked park this week. The hand-written note reads “Our hometown, San Bernardino County…We grieve with you…We stand with you.. We love you.”
