Mark Rybin has been at the Gig Harbor Marina & Boatyard for an amazing 36 years. He started in 1980 working alongside the owner and his wife and in 1988 became the yard operations manager. Today he stays very busy running the 50 metric ton Travelift. After all of his years here Mark's favorite things about this job are the customers and co-workers he has the opportunity to work with.
